Regional Materials Leader Role

The Regional Materials Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple locations, supporting branch operations. This key leadership position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the General Manager - Asia with a dotted line to the Integrated Supply Chain Manager for Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the materials group across the region, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement.
  • Manage the materials teams to ensure the appropriate resource and experience is dedicated to each account.
  • Analyse and action DRP forecasts and/or customer schedules in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
  • Safeguard a smooth and efficient supply chain in the Asia region.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Professional accreditation, business/Supply Chain degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years' experience in senior materials planning, procurement, or demand planning roles.
  • Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills.
  • Expertise in ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Data-oriented with strong math and reasoning skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work with small teams as well as within a larger multinational corporate environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
