Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tendering and Contract Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage tender submissions, develop tender strategies, and oversee estimation responsibilities.
About the Role:
- To lead and coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects.
- To prepare documentation for tender submissions and develop standards for contracts.
- To review contractual performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for tender submissions.
- Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.
- Coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects.
- Lead and monitor QS teams for variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
- Develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge of tender experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
- Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
- Good oral & written communication skills.
