Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tendering and Contract Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage tender submissions, develop tender strategies, and oversee estimation responsibilities.

About the Role:

  • To lead and coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects.
  • To prepare documentation for tender submissions and develop standards for contracts.
  • To review contractual performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare documentation for tender submissions.
  2. Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.
  3. Coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of participated projects.
  4. Lead and monitor QS teams for variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
  5. Develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.
  6. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying.
  • Knowledge of tender experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
  • Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
