The role of Construction Project Lead is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of building projects. This position involves overseeing site measurements, leading a team of workers, and guaranteeing that M&E work is completed on time and according to drawings.

This will involve:

  • Assisting in site measurements on work done.
  • Leading a team of workers and ensuring that M&E work is done in accordance to drawings and within schedule.
  • Co-ordinating M&E work with sub-contractors in line with construction working programme.
  • In charge of receipt and transfer of construction materials, plants and machinery.
  • Ensuring safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
  • Implementing necessary control measures to mitigate unsafe work and prevent recurrence.

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate.

You should also possess minimum 5 years' experience in building projects, demonstrate proactive and adaptable nature, and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, safety conscious mindset is essential for this role.
