Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site supervision team on all Mechanical and Building Construction works.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our projects. As a Senior Site Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager to ensure effective site inspection and contract management.
  • Assisting in the identification of defects and supervising rectification works.
  • Coordinating with contractors to address technical submittals and resolve issues.
  • Leading technical discussions and progress updates with clients and contractors.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A good graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in construction projects, preferably in water or used water treatment works.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
