Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Food Court Operation Manager to lead our team of Senior Managers and Foodcourt Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple food courts and have strong leadership skills to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and overall outlet performance.
  • Guiding Senior Managers, Foodcourt Managers, and F&B Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Providing leadership and setting directions to ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with landlords, authorities/agencies, and stall tenants.
  • Assisting inspectors during inspections and follow-up actions.
  • Liasing with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events.
  • Marketing food stalls to tenants and collecting rent promptly.
  • Managing lease renewal agreements, negotiating terms, and following up with tenants.
  • Sourcing qualified tenants and food types to occupy vacant stalls.
  • Proposing activities based on market needs.
  • Taking immediate action for debt recovery.
  • Handling daily sales settlements.
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Project teams.
  • Ensuring financial and operational performance of designated food courts and coffee shops.
  • Working with senior management and the financial team on outlet budgets.
  • Establishing overall business plans and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Providing solutions to improve the bottom line and outlet P&L.
  • Maintaining and improving established quality and service standards.
  • Developing employees through feedback and performance expectations.
  • Conducting regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and product quality.
  • Ensuring stall selling prices are in accordance with agreements.
  • Assessing and evaluating stall tenant performance.
  • Supervising and guiding stall tenants and cleaning contractors.
  • Conducting weekly and monthly outlet meetings.
  • Ensuring M&E works are completed according to schedule.
