
Sales Development Representative with Strong B2C Focus

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive our sales efforts and deliver exceptional service to customers.
This role involves both online and offline sales, with a focus on B2C transactions. You will have the opportunity to explore corporate sales opportunities and expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and excellent service.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive sales initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in both online and offline environments.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
