Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team at MICRO FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., the Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including hot and cold meals, to meet the needs of our customers.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory, and staffing within budgetary limits.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
