
Business Development and Human Resource Manager

This is a dynamic position that oversees both Human Resource and General Affairs functions. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the seamless operation of our human resource and general affairs activities.
- Human Resource: Maintain accurate personnel records, assist in recruitment, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, administer training, facilitate performance management, and support payroll administration.
- General Affairs: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage expatriate relocation, oversee office maintenance contracts, verify expense claims, and undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A diploma in Business or Human Resource is required.
- Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proactive individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Team players with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word/Excel, is necessary.
