Data Center Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data center. This includes ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
You will also be responsible for managing incidents and performing root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Furthermore, you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customers' contractual service level agreements are met.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a diploma in engineering or IT with at least 4 years of experience in data center operations.
Additionally, you should have good knowledge of data center facilities and operations support as well as data center operations best practices.
Basic Certificate of Infocomm Technology and ITIL Foundation Level Certification are also required.
