**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The resource will be part of Data Center Facilities Operations team to support day-to-day critical service delivery to client Ernst & Young's DC in Singapore.The team provides 13x7 on-site, plus OnCall outside of on-site hours supporting hands-on DC operations work. Core responsibilities include deploying, monitoring and managing DC rack/stack, structured cabling, space, cooling, power, hardware troubleshooting and component replacement, and resolve Data Center facilities related incidents, tape media handling, write and maintain infrastructure technical documentation, asset inventory management, client SAP procurement support, goods receipt, escorting vendors/visitors, and supporting audits.

The resource is critical in ensuring Kyndryl provides on-site DC operations support to the client in meeting BU SLAs. GDCFO is the only team authorized with physical site access to the client's Data Center hosting space and is the single-point-of-contact for all hands-on activity, and as such is in close collaboration with all technical domains (both Kyndryl and client's). The team handles on average 50-70 requests weekly, including incident tickets, Change requests/tasks, service requests, and problem tickets.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Resource must be experienced in IT equipment rack/stack, server/blade hardware troubleshooting and component replacement, structured cabling, tape media handling, write and maintain infrastructure technical documentation, and operational and procedural manuals, asset inventory management, procurement management - logistics, goods receipt, and vendor management.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Possesses adequate knowledge and experience in various Data Center related technologies such as cooling, environmental management, cold/hot aisle, power infrastructure, UPS, distribution boards, PDUs, fire detection and suppression, safety and health in DC environment. CDCP or above certification preferred.

Possesses general knowledge in server, blade, HCI, cloud, backup, storage, and network technologies is preferred.
