**Job Overview**

As a Senior Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage assigned shifts effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
    • Independently oversee daily operations, adhering to SOPs and maintaining product quality.
    • Execute opening and closing procedures according to company guidelines.
    • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, upholding standards for customer-facing and back-of-house areas.
    • Protect store assets and escalate any issues that may arise.

  • Inventory and Resource Management:

    • Assist with stock estimation and ordering, focusing on material usage and waste reduction.
    • Monitor product losses and discrepancies during shifts, reporting findings for cost management purposes.
    • Estimate material usage and expected loss to support efficient inventory planning and minimize waste.
    • Participate in stocktakes and maintain warehouse organization, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of supplies.
    • Identify and escalate operational issues to the Operation Partner.

  • Product and Visual Standards:

    • Maintain high-quality bar production, consistency, and adherence to product presentation standards.
    • Implement merchandise display guidelines accurately and ensure visual standards are maintained throughout each shift.

  • Events and Operational Awareness:

    • Support the execution of in-store event procedures and activities.
    • Familiarize yourself with the surrounding commercial area and customer demographics to enhance operational awareness.

  • Team Support and Training:

    • Actively participate in training and mentoring of Junior Associates, supporting their skill development and helping to uphold brand and service standards.
    • Lead shift execution with operational confidence, ensuring quality, inventory control, and team support.
