Responsibilities
  • Store establishment support and store opening support:
    • Responsible for preparing the materials for store registration, tracking and promoting the progress of store establishment.
    • Prepare all necessary work before the new store opens to ensure a smooth opening, and produce the first-day and first-week reports of the new store.
    • Plan and execute the daily maintenance and upkeep of the image of existing stores.


  • System maintenance:
    • Cooperate with the headquarters to implement various operation support systems, receive feedback from stores regarding system usage, and assist the headquarters in making improvements.


  • Data analysis:
    • Track the daily sales and operation data of all stores to ensure the normal operation and performance achievement of all stores.


  • Inventory management:
    • Supervise the inventory management of all stores, cooperate with stores to optimize product structure, and ensure the supply and inventory safety of goods.


  • Profit and loss management:
    • Monitor the profit and loss management of each store to ensure the profitability of stores.
    • Based on the annual marketing and product rhythm, plan and produce marketing activities and communication plans, and be responsible for the achievement of business indicators such as marketing, sales, and rates, including but not limited to the creation of theme stores, store opening activities, and new product activities in offline stores.




Job Requirements
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in store management, and be familiar with the operation mode and process of direct-operated stores.
  • Those with management experience in well-known brand direct-operated stores will be given priority consideration.
  • Possess strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have project management capabilities, and be able to plan, track and close-loop projects.
  • Be proficient in using office software and store management systems, and possess certain financial knowledge and budget management skills.
  • Be fluent in English in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
