Job Overview

The Mortgage Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the mortgage process, fostering seamless customer experiences through efficient servicing of client accounts and accurate underwriting preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Directors in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, streamlining the end-to-end process.

  • Collect, verify, and organize essential customer documents, including income verification, credit reports, property details, and CPF information.

  • Conduct preliminary eligibility checks, encompassing property searches, individual assessments, and LTV calculations to ensure loan viability.

  • Liaise with valuers, lawyers, and internal stakeholders on loan status, approvals, and disbursements to maintain transparency and timely progress.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and complete documentation during loan closing and settlement.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client applications and transactions within the system, promoting data integrity and accountability.

  • Provide post-disbursement administrative support, encompassing customer follow-up, basic account management, and resolution of any discrepancies.
