Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Engagement: Identify sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and value-added service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide dedicated end-to-end service throughout the mortgage process, responding promptly to enquiries and issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Loan Origination & Servicing: Assist customers in submitting complete and accurate applications for both new and existing mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth loan processing, attending regular team discussions and upskilling sessions to support performance goals.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
