Chief Risk Management Strategist

Job Overview:

The Chief Risk Management Strategist plays a pivotal role in minimizing operational risks within an organization. This entails developing and implementing robust strategies to strengthen operational resilience.

  • Business Impact Analysis: Plan, coordinate, and conduct thorough business impact analyses to fortify operational resilience.
  • Comprehensive Business Continuity Planning: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive business continuity plans across the organization, ensuring seamless execution in times of crisis.
  • Collaborative Risk Assessment: Work closely with IT, security, and business units to design and execute recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, fostering a culture of proactive risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel as a Chief Risk Management Strategist, one must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in incident response leadership and strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Proficiency in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and coordination with technology teams.
