Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team.

  • This is a senior software engineering role that involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications with clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in software applications.
  • Implement automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Document technical designs aligned with architectural guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading small engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in full-stack web and mobile development including React.
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and AWS services.
  • Strong database management skills with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and programming skills.
  • Cloud computing principles and software design patterns.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex problems into manageable items.
  • Proven expertise in formulating structured solutions that drive progress and results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
