Project Manager for HDB Upgrades

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our HDB upgrading projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.

Requirements
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects.
