Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Quality Service Executive to join our team at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD. As a Quality Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling daily enquiries and escalations, sorting and triaging incoming cases, and supporting the team's administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
  • Sort and triage incoming cases from the public
  • Support the team's administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level qualification
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Pleasant character/personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thurs) and 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: $2100 to $2500

Location: Maxwell Road

Contract Period: 6 months with an option to extend 6 months
