Job Title: Client Services Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an Account Manager and provide designated corporate clients with timely assistance and guidance.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in the administration of claims by members/clients and compile, analyze, and submit periodical utilization reports.
- Generate renewal proposals to corporate clients and assist in the implementation of their managed care program or third-party administration.
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email and resolve enquiries efficiently.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant industry and role.
- Prior experience with healthcare insurance providers is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for customer service and a good team player.
