Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Payment Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of payment solutions for commercial cardholders and merchants.

You will work closely with prospects and existing clients to integrate their businesses onto our full suite of payment platforms. This includes ecommerce solutions and other innovative payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support to help clients implement payment solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of Commercial Cards / Merchant business models to provide tailored solutions.
  • Streamlining existing processes through the use of macros, datasheets, and other technical tools.
  • Coordinating with 3rd party partners and vendors to resolve faults in a timely manner.
  • Managing all payment and technical related issues raised by clients or stakeholders.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to evolve into an expert in the niche payment space, including commercial card solutions and credit card payment gateways.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Business IT with proficient skills in Excel macros.
  • Basic programming experience in any language and a strong understanding of internet technology and server-client communication concepts.
  • Comfortable with technical and programming terminology.
