An IT Project Manager, He/ She plans, organizes and implements Capgemini's or Client's technical projects. Their main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and presenting on projects' progress and results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordination and liaising with client SPOCs.
- Alignment with all internal bank teams. Act as bridge among Singapore & Head office (if required), working team.
- Represent the project in Governance meetings (Steerco, Mancom etc.).
- Aligning delivery team to bank processes, time sheet compliance, billing etc.

**Must Have**:

- Account relationship for a large bank, program manager, Senior Scrum Master/ Release Train Engineer, Exp in delivering banking projects for payments/channels
- PMO activities, reporting
- Risk management
- Customer-centricity
- Experience of big program estimation
- Large transformation program in Vendor products (like TCSBancs, FIS OPF, GPP, Oracle Finnacle, Volpay etc.)

**Good to Have**:

- Experience of multi-tower project delivery in hybrid model (Agile + Waterfall)
- Agile coach experience
- Payments Solutions Experience
