Rainforest Expedition Leader

We are seeking a charismatic and physically fit individual to join our team as an Assistant Adventure Guide. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all patrons have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our rainforest adventure site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, listening to their needs, and responding promptly to any concerns.
- Safety Management: Follow the Forest Adventure Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure the safety of customers and staff. This includes conducting opening and closing safety checks, maintaining the course, and conducting safety briefings.
- Facilitating Corporate Groups: Host and facilitate corporate group programmes, providing a unique and engaging experience for participants.
Requirements:
- Outdoor Enthusiasm: Be passionate about the outdoors and comfortable working at heights.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Physical Fitness: Meet the physical demands of the role, including being able to climb and maneuver through obstacles.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
