Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a visual content calendar that aligns with our brand goals and marketing strategies.

You will create compelling visual and written content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other digital channels. This includes planning and managing social media campaigns, capturing photos and videos during classes and events, and engaging with followers to build an online community.

You will also track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement, collaborate with instructors and the management team to ensure content reflects our brand voice, and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in an arts or education field.
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design/video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging, on-brand content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
