The Content Strategist is responsible for developing compelling visual content across various digital platforms. This includes ideation, filming high-quality video content, and executing seamless post-production edits to enhance audience engagement.

This role focuses on optimizing content across digital and social media platforms to strengthen audience engagement and brand awareness.

Working closely with marketing stakeholders, the Content Strategist ensures a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all content touchpoints, aligning content with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Capture high-quality video and photo content, managing off-premises and in-house shoots.
  • Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects for engaging final outputs.
  • Adapt and format content for different digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Website, Digital Directories, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content strategies with business objectives, campaigns, promotions, and enhances brand storytelling.
  • Oversee talent and resource coordination to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and support for seamless content production and delivery.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, videography, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in filming equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Strong video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar software.
  • A portfolio showcasing past work in video content creation.
