Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to work on significant financial services regulatory matters for leading global insurers and reinsurers, global insurance brokers, superannuation funds, and multinational companies that distribute financial services products.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on strategic transactions including traditional share/business sales, and insurance specific transactions such as portfolio transfers\
- Working with clients to understand their regulatory needs and develop effective solutions\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and meet client expectations\
- Staying up-to-date with changes in financial services regulations and laws\
- Providing expert advice on regulatory matters to clients and internal stakeholders\
- Evaluating risks and developing strategies to mitigate them\
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress\
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues\
- Participating in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities\
- Contributing to the development of thought leadership content and industry reports\
- Supporting the delivery of training and development programs for colleagues\
- Engaging with external partners and stakeholders to advance our expertise and reputation\
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion\
- Performing other tasks as required by management\
