FCC Manager Job Description">

The FCC Manager will oversee all FCC matters across Singapore, reporting to the Regional Head.

  • Subject matter expert for all FCC Compliance policies and framework within the business
  • Implement and enhance AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti Bribery related processes
  • Monitor high risk transactions and perform Risk assessments for the business
  • Assess the impact of the Risk profile, and mitigate any gaps within the business
  • Monitor changes in regulatory developments and ensure AML policies are in line with laws and regulations
  • Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc

Requirements: 10 years of experience in Compliance – ideally with FCC and strong knowledge of relevant regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FCC compliance policies and frameworks.
  2. Implement and enhance AML/CFT/Sanctions and Anti-Bribery-related processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor high-risk transactions and conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  4. Assess the impact of the risk profile on the business and develop strategies to mitigate any gaps.
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and ensure AML policies are aligned with laws and regulations.
  6. Conduct investigations into any alerts or red flags that may arise.
