Site Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine inspections and repairs to mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards. This includes tasks such as:
- Inspecting and repairing mechanical systems, including surveying buildings to identify potential issues.
- Performing maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels etc.
- Assisting in the setup of ventilation, air conditioning and other systems and conducting repairs when necessary.
- Assisting in installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of CCTV, electrical wiring, cabling installation and electronic circuits.
- Maintaining plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Carrying out manual repairs when necessary, such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
- Undertaking activities of pest control, such as spraying insecticide.
- Conducting general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned, including painting and carpentry.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Nitec (NTC-3) or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical.
- At least 1 year experience in building maintenance or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as maintenance technician.
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
