Brief Overview Of The RoleYou will act as a trusted advisor, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of our platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness.
You will also manage the alignment of customers' long-term goals with our products and services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands on with a high performing team in an AI based, innovative, fast-moving, funded start-up.

Key Responsibilities- Managing the entire customer lifecycle (from deployment to product adoption)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Closely manage and nurture accounts
- Propose development strategies for customers' expanded usage of solutions
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Minimize customer churn
- Conduct on-boarding and product demonstrations for new and existing customers
