Construction Project Leadership Role

A challenging opportunity awaits a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from conception to completion.

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project scopes and objectives, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
  • Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to set timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, reviewing design drawings for value engineering and constructability considerations, and analyzing data to inform project decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in LTA (MRT) Projects (Architecture / Curtain Walling / Cladding Works/Wet Trade/RC)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • Possess high level of integrity, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently
