Medical Records and Pharmacy Supply Coordinator

This role encompasses the maintenance of accurate and well-organized medical records, as well as ensuring the efficient management of pharmacy supplies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply Chain Management: The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting goods and stores, loading and unloading medical accessories, and performing other ad hoc duties assigned by their manager.
- Inventory Control: They will be required to maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
- A minimum of GCE N/O or 'A' Levels is required, with no prior experience necessary as full training will be provided.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
