Procurement Specialist - Ship Chandler

The role of a Procurement Specialist in ship chandler services is multifaceted and crucial to the smooth operation of our activities. It entails coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics.

  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent MS Office and Excel skills, and experience in the ship chandler industry.

We seek an individual who can work under pressure, ensuring timely delivery of goods and verifying that vessels acknowledge receipt of goods in good order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting customers for all requisitions received from vessels
  • Working closely with warehouse and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
