**Job Descriptions**
To support Supply Chain on day-to-day processing and follow-up purchase and repair for our Airframe and Component MRO business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maximizing stock availability and proactively optimize inventory level based on business requirement.
- Coordinating sub-contracted repairs and on-time-delivery of repairs.
- Work closely with Team lead Buyer in day-to-day operations.
- Report to Team lead Buyer and liaise closely on the field of continuous improvement.
- Working on AMRO project and set up meeting with customers to update daily spares shortages.
- Interacting and negotiating with manufacturing vendors, aiming to receive bargains on products for their company.
- Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.
- Budgeting and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.

**Qualification / Expertise / Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent certification in relevant field
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Procurement / Inventory Control preferably in the Aviation Industry
- ERP & ability to read and understand technical drawing is a MUST.
- Technical procurement and KPI-based management is an added advantage
