In conjunction, responsibilities include - accomplishing the best possible pricing, lead time agreements, resolution of quality issues, delivery and inventory levels.

**Assistant Electronic Buyer / Buyer**

Working Location: MacPherson

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

**Salary**

$3,000 - $3,500 a month (depending on experience)

**Job Type**

Full-time

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Supply Chain/Materials Management & related qualifications.
- Min 3 to 5 years if relevant sourcing/buyer experience in PCBA and other electronic/electrical Components.
- Basic functional knowledge on electronics components and electro-mechanical parts is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, material kitting and close liaison with engineers and production team in meeting customers delivery schedule
- Experience with component stockist and spot buy a must.
- Familiar with Microsoft words, excel & outlook. Knowledge on any ERP system is an added advantage.
- 5-days work week
- Those with less experience will start as Assistant Buyer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare shortage item list based on respective BOM cross checking internal stock report upon

receive order from customer.
- Check the availability and price with AVL supplier or identify new supplier based on the

shortage items.
- Review the pricing, terms & conditions with superior prior to issuing PO to suppliers.
- Issue PO to suppliers based on the shortage items and price agreed upon after negotiation.
- Expedite on the PO confirmation and delivery.
- Prepare weekly schedule report with suppliers and update to Production once received

supplier's feedback.
- Arrange weekly shipment of all the parts receive from suppliers to Production site.
- Arrange any individual urgent shipment to Production site when needed.
- Ensure no Quality issue of parts from suppliers and resolve if any quality issue arises with

supplier until closure.
- Responsible to load all PO on time and PO acknowledgement within the week.
- To adhere to the Procurement Policy and Process in accordance with Company’s ISO9001
