We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as Senior Assistant Manager, Student Community Engagement. In this role, you will play a key part in developing NTU students to become more socially aware and responsible.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve the development and delivery of programmes under NTU's Student Community Engagement (SCE) Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify student development capability gaps and recommend equipping programmes to address these gaps.
- Manage project grants, including disbursements and monitoring compliance with grant terms and conditions.
You will be required to have a good degree from a recognised university and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong people engagement and management skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, are essential for this role.
