To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Student Development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the campus experience for our students through the coordination and support of student club activities and events.

  • Develops and implements effective strategies to promote student engagement and campus life.
  • Coordinates and supports student club activities and events.
  • Manages event logistics, including venue selection and equipment setup.
  • Allocates budgets and tracks financial expenditure for each event.
  • Ensures strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and university policies.
  • Oversees inventory management and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields such as Event Management, Business Administration, Communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
