At BEST LAPTOPS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvement and system design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design complex business processes and system modifications to improve business activities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through various techniques, including work sessions and interviews.
  • Communicate business requirements to stakeholders and ensure they are incorporated into the system design.
  • Develop business specifications to support system modifications and provide input into developing and modifying systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Provide project team member guidance and support, and may plan, allocate, and monitor work of other business analysts.
  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to verify the intent of change is carried through the entire project.
  • Provide time estimates for project-related tasks and lead less experienced personnel.
  • Prepare detailed design documents based on high-level design and consult with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and prepare technical design documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Nine or more years of business analysis experience, with a minimum of 6+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong insurance knowledge, with Group health experience an added advantage.
  • Life Insurance domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and own tasks.
