Overview:

Techware seeks an experienced senior leader to spearhead our global business expansion and revenue growth strategies. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned strategist to leverage their expertise in contract manufacturing, sales, and partnership development.

Job Description:

  • Growth Strategy Development:
    • Lead the development, refinement, and execution of global growth strategies for our contract manufacturing services.
    • Deliver a deep understanding of current market trends, client needs, and competitors.
    • Based on this analysis, develop unique selling propositions, action plans to accelerate growth, and optimize business operations.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture key customer relationships globally.
    • Act as the point of contact for our key customers, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and negotiating strategic contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably with global responsibilities in contract manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to convert customer needs into successful business deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with key clients and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Strong global business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
  • Engaging and persuasive communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a similar field (Master's preferred).
