Home-based Infant Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing professional to provide high-quality care for infants in our program. As an infant childminder, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
  • Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.

Requirements:

  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children.
  • A child-safe environment is essential, e.g., window grilles or window limiters.
  • Minimum 'O' level or secondary school qualifications.
  • Infant care certification is highly preferred.

Work Details:

Child age: 2-6 months

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Timing: 7.00am to 5.00pm
