Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client portfolios and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent communication and networking skills to ensure effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Source and develop new business leads through various channels, including referrals, market research, and industry events.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals with customers, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate backend administration, progress tracking, and sales process management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales and marketing executive, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong ability to communicate efficiently, work individually, and effectively collaborate as part of a team.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Possession of a private vehicle for outdoor sales appointments.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive basic salary of $3200 - $3500 monthly, plus commission and performance bonuses. You will also receive benefits such as petrol and parking claims. If you have expertise in waterproofing and hardware products, your salary can be even higher. Our working location is at 27 New Industrial Road, #01-04 Singapore 536212, and we operate from Mon - Fri, 9am – 6pm.
