Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese vegetarian dishes, including fried noodles, rice, and side dishes.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct taste, texture, and presentation standards.
  • Handle all aspects of food preparation, from washing and cutting ingredients to frying and portioning.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Manage daily stock levels, check the freshness of ingredients, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Serve customers efficiently during peak hours, maintaining consistency in food quality and portioning.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Experience in cooking Chinese vegetarian dishes is preferred.
  • Able to handle various kitchen equipment, including woks and deep fryers.
  • Knowledge of vegetarian food ingredients is an advantage.
  • Physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good hygiene practices and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate are essential.
  • Willingsness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
