We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Clinical Informatics Analysts.

  • Key responsibilities include gathering and assessing requirements, creating and updating medication related master data, testing, documenting, and deploying content changes, tracking change request status, providing functional support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and supporting system enhancement and updates.

Candidates should possess a BSc in Pharmacy or equivalent, with prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics working experience preferred but not mandatory. Training for Epic certification will be provided where needed, and certification is expected within 3 months of hire.

Able candidates will be systematic, analytical, and meticulous in their approach, with good problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. They should be able to initiate, deliver, and drive projects with minimal supervision, work effectively individually and in a team, and manage complex issues simultaneously.
