IBDP Language and Literature Educator

We are seeking a seasoned educator to provide high-quality 1-to-1 or small group lessons for IBDP Language & Literature (SL/HL).

  • Deliver personalized instruction for Paper 1, Paper 2, Individual Oral (IO), and HL Essay.
  • Guide students in understanding literary texts, global issues, and text analysis.
  • Mark and review students' essays, oral practice, and other internal assessments.
  • Adapt teaching approach based on student needs and school-specific syllabus pacing.
  • Help students understand and apply IB exam rubrics and criteria.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to parents if required.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of IBDP Language & Literature teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Familiarity with syllabi and literature texts taught at schools like ACSI, SJI, SOTA, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of IB assessment rubrics, global issues, and literary frameworks.
  • Proven success in helping students achieve Level 6–7 grades.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Responsible, responsive, and able to commit consistently.
