Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the PAP Community Foundation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial functions of our centre. This includes:
- Collecting service fees and other payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Producing and delivering monthly invoices to caregivers
- Processing quarterly submissions to the Ministry of Health
- Administering Means Test applications
- Processing monthly income and expenditure and annual budgets
- Filing seniors' daily attendance records
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Centre Manager or Supervisor
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:
- A minimum Diploma in Business or Accounting and Finance, or a Degree in Business or Economics or Finance
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A passionate disposition to work with frail seniors
