Job Title: Private Household Manager

The Private Household Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a private residence, ensuring exceptional service to the owners and their guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the household, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Coordinate and oversee various household projects, such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Partner with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality products and services that meet the owners' expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams, with expertise in training, development, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with owners, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
