Private Estate Project Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing private estate upgrading projects under the Estate Upgrading Program.
The job scope encompasses the complete project cycle, including consultation and advising clients and users, initial planning and consultation with authorities, preparation of tenders to appoint consultants/contractors, contract administration and management of the consultants and contractors. Additionally, you will liaise with grassroots leaders and representatives of private estate residents.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A tertiary qualification in any construction-related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing civil engineering or building/estate upgrading projects, involving:
- Preparing and calling tenders
- Managing consultants and contractors
- Administering contracts
- Good knowledge of government procurement procedures
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
