Business Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs and identifying technological solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve the quality of IT products and services through data analysis and guided decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technological solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business units, providing information and communication support.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure high-quality internal and external data collection.
  • Conduct training and provide post-implementation support to business users.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technology aligned with the organization's Data and Digital Strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the Fashion/Retail industry.
  • Proficient in M365 Suite and PowerBI; Good knowledge in Python, VBA, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Concise and articulate in written and spoken communication.
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
