Insurance Solutions Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our multi-channel distribution strategy, offering high-value consultative financial advisory services to customers and business owners.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, keen learner, and adaptable to changes. You'll contribute to the overall team's success by extending our product and service offerings through campaign-led service calls or company events.
You will be at the forefront of providing a full spectrum of insurance products and services to meet the financial and investment needs of customers and small-medium-enterprises (SMEs) business owners. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing consultative financial advisory services to meet both customers' and business owners' financial goals, transforming business opportunities into personal opportunities and vice versa
- Proactively offering Life, Health, General Insurance, and Group Business solutions to potential customers and business owners
- Acquiring new customers and business owners through active participation in seminars, lunch talks, workshops, and corporate events
- Captitalising business opportunities by acting on potential business leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers & business owners
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers & business owners
We're looking for candidates with a Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 2 years' sales experience. Passionate individuals who can help customers achieve greater financial competency are highly desirable. Relevant CMFAS qualifications are a must.
Able to manage relationships with HNW or Business owners, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based rewards. Strong team work with a positive customer and corporate focused attitude is essential.
