Job Title: Digital Health Strategist

Job Description:
In this role, you will work at the intersection of digital health and mental wellness to drive innovation and growth. You will lead pilot research initiatives, establishing evaluation dashboards for treatment efficacy and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will build and coordinate expert panels to ensure multidisciplinary inputs and prevent biased AI behavior or one-perspective dominance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate clinical advisory input into scalable product documentation, turning expert recommendations into PRDs, prompt design guides, and dialogue strategy templates.
  • Establish evaluation dashboards for treatment efficacy and risk mitigation.
  • Build and coordinate expert panels to ensure multidisciplinary inputs.
  • Co-develop SOPs for privacy and risk escalation to ensure product compliance with global privacy frameworks.
  • Design data governance and content QA pipelines to transform content and research insights into reusable knowledge bases.
  • Drive cross-team coordination to align workflows across AI, product, legal, design, and marketing teams.
  • Support internationalization strategy by coordinating localization efforts and managing clinical validations across different markets.
