Job Description:

This role involves leading digital innovation initiatives across global operations, driving business growth and efficiency through the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key use cases and develop strategies for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business strategies and roadmaps for GenAI growth in collaboration with the BI Center of Excellence.
  • Structure methodologies and best practices for exploring digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Lead digital exploration initiatives from idea generation to completion, ensuring ROI and adaptability.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and encourage new ideas within the organization.
  • Implement innovative solutions that align with the company's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and implement innovative ideas.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to stay ahead of trends.
  • Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of related work experience for Master's degree holders or 8 years for Bachelor's degree holders.
  • Experience in leading digital innovation, exploration, POC/POT, and pilots.
  • Development of methodologies and best practices.
  • Market research and benchmark activities.
  • Strong knowledge of operations business processes and different business areas (Master-Scheduling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, WH management).
  • Good understanding of digital systems, platforms, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal capabilities to drive programs within cross-functional teams and organizations.
