Innovation Program Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned innovation professional to lead our digital innovation initiatives and community engagement programs. As an Innovation Program Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and managing end-to-end innovation programs across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital innovation strategies to drive business growth and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage innovation programs, including ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including startups, fintech companies, and industry partners.
- Provide innovation mentorship and advisory services to help businesses develop and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing innovation initiatives, including accelerators, hackathons, and innovation labs.
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX) principles and working knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with programming languages and experience in rapid prototyping.
